Hakkı Anlı (1906, Istanbul - February 20, 1991, Istanbul) was a Turkish painter. He graduated from Sanayi Nefise Mektebi (School of Industrial Fine Arts) in 1932. Initially, he worked on concrete-figurative works without being affiliated with any specific group or movement. He held his first exhibition in Ankara and participated in the "Vilayet Resimleri" campaign organized by Halkevleri in 1941, where he was sent to Kütahya to create paintings reflecting the region. In 1941, he became a member of the D Group by contributing a painting to their 9th exhibition, and he continued to participate in their exhibitions until the formal dissolution of the group. In 1947, he went to Paris and stayed for two years. Until the 1950s, he contributed to the group's exhibitions. After settling in France in 1954, he turned to abstract painting. He held solo exhibitions in cities like Paris, Sankt Gallen, and Munich. Hakkı Anlı is considered one of the painters of the Paris Turkish School, along with artists like Fikret Mualla, Remzi Raşa, Abidin Dino, Selim Turan, Avni Arbaş, Nejat Devrim, Mübin Orhon, and Albert Bitran.
